Ultimate Without Borders, a non-profit organization based in Washington D.C., uses Ultimate Frisbee to empower youth by creating safe and supportive environments for discovering their strengths, values, and goals. UWB coaches teach youth to apply the communication, organizational, and leadership skills they develop from teamwork to their everyday lives and communities.
